I remember Carl coming out to do a snare solo on a chrome Remo snare in the 80s the sound here is similar. Carl played the top, sides and reso.... then took it off the stand and continued his solo one handed standing and walking towards the onlookers. At completion he tossed it like a frisbee into the crowd and explained it's not the snare you choose it's how you play it and Remo makes a pretty good snare !

Nobody or anywhere reallys seems to explain what the groove changes the balance too? i can only sumise that because it making in front of the hand lighter it moving the balance point slightly more towards the butt end of the stick as is the long/flat taper too.

You don't want to sound clever and say you love everything yoko Ono did with the 1972 appearance with chuck Berry and John Lennon I didn't like that but at the technicolour dream in London where she used amplified scissors to cut off a woman bra at that event was definitely interesting pink Floyd we're at that same gig in 1967

Fantastic! I particularly loved the section after the 11 minute time; with the quite reflective oceanic stillness... and then when you started your poetry with the Anthopause. Then more lovely piano and your poignant words and singing. As the tension and tempo builds, I become acutely aware of the internal struggle for meaning and purpose. As your words become erased; I feel for you and your creative journey into the future. May you have peace in your your heart and continue your high art. You are not alone ❤
